I was told the Ambulance would be at Christus Santa Rosa hospital at 6pm To transport my 86 year old mother across the street, at 6 , my mom is very ill and weak. 630 I asked the hospital to find out the ETA, at 710, they were told 45 minutes, I called the provided number Was asked various questions and asked for a supervisor, I was told he would call me back and that’s been 20 minutes ago
