Very clean property. This property is has non- smoking policy. You are not allowed to smoke outside your house or throw cigarette buds on the property. They have routine inspections for cleanliness and upkeep, fire alarm/extinguishers. I regret choosing another complex over these because they take section 8, not realizing that when apts take section 8, whether your on it or not the complex as a wholy abide by their rules, that s why they become income restricted to help those who don t qualify for section 8, but need a desce... read more

A quiet nice apartment complex situated right new Thomas Park. Newly remodeled apartments. They have 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments, not sure about studios. the maintenance and front office crew are nice and professional. Although they are very slow right now to fix any problem in the apartment. The managing company recently raised the rent 24% and gave only a 30 day notice. I think that's a bit extreme. The only good thing about this place is that its in a nice quiet area and near a park. There are also stores and different businesses in walking distance. Everyone is real friendly and helpful around the area. Management are not the best at all! They have such ugly ways at times and don't have a care in the world about your needs as a tenant. Management and sometimes maintenance will come in your apartment alot of times when your not there whether you've gotten a notice or not. Maintenance is real nice and does the work that... read more
