Staff and Doctor are amazing and patient!! Hands down a family atmosphere here. My family will continue to come here for years to come!!
Dr. Franklin was very patient with my 1 year old and went above and beyond to make her comfortable. So thankful for her kind, thorough, compassionate care!
I called to make an appointment and asked if they accepted my insurance and was told yes! I had my eyes dilated which I was told was mandatory, but was included in my insurance! When it was time to pay I was charged $55.00 and told they did not accept my insurance! I was totally confused, I was also told the $35.00 was for refraction! This is part of the eye exam! Very disappointing!
