Been going here since 2019. Absolutely wonderful. I’ve seen Del Bircher and he has been the best therapist I have ever had. He works so hard in putting his clients first and makes me feel loved and appreciated. We dive into Cognitive Behavioral Therapy mainly but he is always open into helping me learn through other types of therapy. Dialectal Behavioral Therapy and EMDR has been helpful too.
