Great therapy
My therapist was great and really knew how to listen to me. Lori was also very helpful.
The therapists only try to be helpful when you are paying them money. However, once you stop treatment, they are not willing to be helpful at all, even with something as simple as a copy of previous notes that were taken during treatment. I wanted to bring historical notes to my new counselor for continued treatment and the therapist at Acadian refused. Seek help elsewhere where you are treated as a human being and not just a source of income.
Scott McConnell has been a lifesaver for us at Acadia Counseling's Lehi location. We needed advice on how to help two of our teenage sons who each are either on the spectrum or have related difficulties. Our younger son is currently a client of Scott's, and we highly value Scott's work, efforts, support, dedication, and insights.
