In 2010 we had acadian install about 1000 sq foot of ceramic tile and carpet the living room. The tile began popping up a year later. We had them come out twice within the first three years to replace tile that was popping up. Then the entire back room began popping up. In 2017 we called and someone came out. First he said the room was an add on, it isn't, it has bedrooms on it and we have the blueprints. Mrs. Kissel, we understand that you are dissatisfied with the results of testing done on your flooring, but we feel that we have done everything possible to follow protocol in terms of having the materials tested, etc. We stand by the manufacturer & the findings that the products that were used are not the root cause.
