They recently updated their computer system due to a merger and run woefully behind schedule from check in to check out. As I am writing this my appointment is over an hour behind schedule. They knew this was a problem before today and yet they never bothered to call patients and let them know. I will definitely be looking for a new provider. One that is actually respectful of their patients time. 😔
They do not answer the phone or return phone calls. I left several messages and did not receive a return call. When I walked into the office to schedule the appointment the girl at the front replied very rudely they are very busy as I’m looking around at a very quite office with no one in the waiting room. She looked up my daughter in the system who is a previous patient and said, “she hasn’t been seen since 2019 and it’s been over a year (currently it is January 2020) so she would be considered a new patient according to in... read more

I’m a little concerned about the treatments here. My first appointment was a nightmare, only found out at the desk that I had over $150 to pay up front and that was after several phones calls and an actual visit to finish paperwork that was never sent to me. The next visit was $103, hour wait and only a 10 min visit with the NP. The people here are nice. Sometimes there can be a bit of wait, but i expect that because they're doing their job with care.
Been going there for 10 years. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Pam is GREAT !

Horrible Customer Service! After not one but two bad experiences I cancelled all future appointments and sent an email regarding my concerns. I was never contacted. Keep in mind this was after several biweekly appointments. Now, several months later I am contacted by Acadian Care to partake in a movement beneficial to them. A simple phone call or email could have easily resolved the issue at hand.
