Vehicles are from the 80’s and the staff can not drive. Driver damn near hit me (got it in dashcam) with no sirens going. Called the manager to complain and never got received a call back.
Terrible experience with this ambulance company. They overcharged my simple transport, $3000+ for a short non-emergency transfer between two local hospitals. They dragged the resolution of billing issues for almost a year. They caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. I am totally surprised that our respectful hospital in Texas Health in Plano Texas uses such a low rated company for their patient transportation needs.
No Star option. We continue to receive a bill for transport even though both insurance cards were provided, Billing Dept. do better.
The medics that transported my dad were very professional. They were caring, compassionate, kind. Ashton has transported my dad on more than one occasion now and each time, he has been as professional and compassionate as ever. Kane was equally professional, caring, and kind. Taking extra care of my mother who was accompanying my dad during transport. Thank you guys for all you do!
