No Star option. We continue to receive a bill for transport even though both insurance cards were provided, Billing Dept. do better.
The medics that transported my dad were very professional. They were caring, compassionate, kind. Ashton has transported my dad on more than one occasion now and each time, he has been as professional and compassionate as ever. Kane was equally professional, caring, and kind. Taking extra care of my mother who was accompanying my dad during transport. Thank you guys for all you do!
Arcadian transported my father from the hospital to rehab. He fractured his hip and had surgery two days prior. They did not use an inflatable mattress such as HoverMatt, which is now standard in such cases. (When he was transferred with his first broken hip, to rehab this was used) Furthermore, one of the members of the crew, Caesar, dropped his broken hip/leg off the bed, then proceeded to scoot the gurney over and pinned his leg between the gurney and the bed. I am a social worker and I would not have used Acadian except that they were the only transportation company that we found for the specific needs of the patient. I did not like how they talked, very disrespectful. Obviously there a disconnect and when I expressed as such they just told me that I didn't know what I was talking about. Will not be using them literally unless we have to and I'll be working to find someone else so that we won't.
