Tengo la mañana entera llamando para pagar una factura médica y la muchacha que habla español me dice que ella no habla español, me esta troleando colgando mi llamada ,que mal servicio al cliente con lo caro que es este servicio ,pondré la grabación de las llamadas en mis redes sociales para que el mundo vea ,como un representante dice que no habla español, cuando si habla español ,porque en su asentó y algunas palabras en respuestas se le va la comunicación 100% en español
This is the worst ambulance service. As a doctor these people running the service is a joke. Trying to transfer pt out takes hours. As a physician these ambulance service has kill many people with delay transporting them to appropriate facilities
