I wish I could give you zero stars. My father has passed away and you are threatening to send him to collections. You sorry people should be more considerate. Instead of billing his insurance you wish you cause our family more stress. Im glad I don't live in louisiana. Don't use these people ever.
I spoke on the phone with Jody regarding some questions I had. She was very helpful and willing to guide me in the right direction for what I needed. What a wonderful person to have on your team.
The customer service is an absolute joke . If you enjoy being belittled , ignored and even mocked call them . I was charged for services that I never received and charged almost 3 times what my EOB showed . I tried for 3 months to get this bill corrected and was ignored and sent to collections. I would rather hitchhike the 5th ward with a crawfish clamped on my scrotum wearing fishnets and 9 inch heals in a snow storm then to ever have to deal with this company again . I have never used this company ever before and yet it seems they have purchased my data. I have received a notice that my information was involved in a data breach that happened in June 2024. This sucks and thanks to this company I am now a victim due their incompetence and lack of morality. You can see the notice of the breach on their website.
