I am writing regarding my experience with Paramedic Phillip Allen during a medical emergency on 06/01/2026 @10:30AM at my workplace. After an ambulance was called and I was placed in the ambulance, I informed Phillip Allen that the straps securing my arms were too tight and causing me pain. I respectfully asked if they could be loosened. My request was refused, and I was told that I was considered a threat and therefore needed to remain restrained as I was. On Feb, 14th I was transported to St. Francis followinf a car accident the night before. I had a pretty unusual injury . My responders were very kind, I wish I knew their names, it was a white lady with red hair , and a black gentleman , they were so great with me, and even popped in later during a different call to say hello and check in on me. That meant so much to me , I was in alot of pain and failed to retain their names. PLEASE LET THEM KNOW THAT I THINK OF THEM AND I AM SO THANKFUL TO THEM.

I was driving down Jackson pass Ochsner hospital doing 35 and your truck #1425 liscense number z427713 just turned out in front me almost causing me to run into the back of them. I have newborn babies in my vehicle and they don’t own the road to do as they please. This is a constant thing with these ambulance

They need to talk to driver of unit 1410 @ 5:00am on 9/25/25 about parking in middle of road blocking roadway. Other people have work as well
