These people need to get there priorities straight. Your protocol for mental patients that has a fresh broke hip should NOT BE RESTRAINED THE WAY I AM RESTRAINED right now in this ambulance. Very bad company will not ever recommend using these people again. I am in agonizing pain and can’t even move my body nowhere. The only reason I’m on my phone right now is because I had it in my hand when they restrained me to this bed
They are excellent. We are so thankful for them
Would give zero if I could. This outfit is a Ripoff!!!! They take advantage of out of state clients and basically double bill,so the patients owe a billl,even with insurance paying!!!!!!
