Great area, neighborhood is nice, neighbors are friendly, many original owners. Homes built in 1986.
Excellent location to both Summerlin parkway and 215. Easy access to mount Charleston. One of the best community in Summerlin
Toll is run by a bunch of deceitful clowns in Nevada. Spoke with one office person in late April and their hope was to have the pool open by Memorial Day. Ha…that came and went. We are now a couple of weeks from Thanksgiving. I bet that pool will not be complete until the last house is built. Oh, do not question the process or ask for clarity because you will not get it from Toll. Better yet they may even blacklist you. Toll deserves zero stars.
