Dr. Bien-Aime and Dr. Charles are incredibly kind and attentive. They always explain all diagnoses and treatment plans. They listen carefully to my concerns regarding my health and respect my input. They are consistently prepared with important information regarding my care before I enter the room. I never feel rushed. They are both outstanding doctors.
