One of their rehabs lost all my belongings and never paid me for them then on Christmas my blood pressure goes to 205 over 119 and they decided narcotic not once but twice then when I asked for my medical records I get told they're not in the building when they just gave him my meds at 1:30 in the morning when I got back from the hospital. Irresponsible, mismanagement of medication, mix up samples, medical records, filthy. They provide no avenue for recourse or appeal on their arbitrary decisions concerning patients health and medications. The staff are impotent and strangled by bureaucracy. If you plan on entrusting your sobriety to them, make sure you're ready to deal with extreme stress and, often times, a lack of the medications they avidly help you become dependent on.
I have been trying for the past 3 months to get $624.90 that is owed to me but i keep getting the run around its really sad its like they dont care about there patients
