John and Sam are very competent. I really appreciate all that they do for us and our apartment. They keep the outdoors cleaned and picked up, also the inside if they have time, they will vacuum and do things that are extra. We have a very nice apartment here. We want to keep it clean and do our part also, because it is our home. My maintenance has been very well taken care of with John and Sam. Thank you both so much for all that you do.
