Don’t trust the referral bonus board they put in the hallway. They advertise big dollar amounts to get you to refer friends, but only tell you afterward that the bonus is only eligible if your friend mentions your name during their very first tour (HAS TO BE THE FIRST). Even if your friend remembers to mention you, they’ll just ghost you for months without any update on the bonus. In the end, you may never get it at all. Basically, it’s a scam to keep that flashy bonus board up in the hallway. lol.

STAY FAR AWAY. The management is utterly horrible and non responsive. I had flooding and mold in my place in the past two months without solid resolution. I’ve lived in apartments since 2006 in various cities and I’ve never had this bad of an experience.

One of the elevators hasn’t been in function the entire time I’ve been a resident here. Zero communication as to what’s happening with progress either. Many of us would have signed the lease for access to this elevator. For the price we pay this isn’t fair.

One of the elevators was out of service for about a month before I moved out, and I later heard from a friend still living there that at one point, only one out of four elevators was working — which caused a lot of frustration for residents. What really disappointed me, though, was what happened after I moved ou... read more

I recently moved out of the Acadia only because I moved into my first home. I was a resident for two years and if it wasn’t for positive life events I would still be there. First of all, the Acadia truly felt like home. I didn’t just have neighbors, but made lifelong friends. Second, the staff were what added to it feeling like home. Concierge, particularly Ibrahim and Joel, make an effort to get to know residents. It was something I noticed when I toured, that leasing and concierge didn’t just greet folks to be nice but gen... read more
