I was a resident here for about 1.5 years. Staying in the property itself was fine the area is great and very walkable. Management however is terrible due to their lack of communication. If you have a maintenance issue, you better hope that it only a light fixture issue because it will not get fixed. This is a common thread you can read through out the reviews. I was lucky to find this place. The community is great, the place is nice, and everyone who works here is friendly and welcoming. They also put a lot of effort into organizing community activities, which makes the place feel even more enjoyable and welcoming.

We have thoroughly enjoyed living at The Acadia. We originally moved in through a corporate housing arrangement and liked it so much that we worked to stay on as traditional residents — which should say plenty. The apartment itself has been comfortable and well maintained, the amenities are excellent, and the location is hard to beat. What has stood out most, though, is the staff.
