This is my opinion! They put love of money first and empathy in the back burner. Scenery improvement is beautiful. My apartment is health hazard in my opinion. Pictures to prove it. I am being evicted from my apartment due to owing money. I believe I was scam in person. I cancelled old debit cards. And stop two checks. I have been in this apartment around 13 years. I've only lived here for 4 days so far so good have an updated apt perfect for me and lil dog he loves the lake and park. girls in office were very helpful.
Sucks ass... Rotted base boards, mold in the walls and ceilings, leaking roof, poisonous snakes roaming the greenway that the manager Debbie will tell you is not her problem. Broken promises and lies. Yeah the park is beautiful and the wildlife rocks, but it isn't worth living in a home that is a slum.
Recently moved in, but the place is nice and love the running trails! Any problem has been fixed very promptly and appropriately.

Wish i didn't feel compelled to say this because I DON"T want everyone to know that these apartments are NEW and awesome with the huge private lake, and new pools, and all of the newly remodeled apartments.
