I emailed Bob from Molitor & Associates requesting more info on a rental place advertised, I was told to provide my cell phone number and answer six other questions first. I answered all but the cell phone and the reply was: "Due to your non compliance with our reasonable request for your cell telephone number, you will not be able to tour the property." Whew! the reviews seem justified by that attitude. Guess I dodged a bullet! Thank you, reviewers, for posting!
Do Not Rent from this company. Do yourself a favor and read all of the reviews from Molitor and Associates. You will end up broke for certain. There are monthly additional fees for living in a rental from them up to (so far) 700$ for one month. You will be responsible for paying for lawn care, spring and fall clean ups, gutter cleaning, and any type of out door work that Bob so chooses to have you responsible for (its in the contract). Beware and stay away from this crooked slim bag. All of these reviews are in line with my experience. I could not believe it when not only I didn't get my security deposit back, but they had the audacity to charge more for hyper-inflated BS things like $840 to mow the lawn. READ PROPOSED LEASE, SEEK LEGAL ADVICE!! WOW!!! So glad to find these reviews and reveal the ugly truth and save us further trouble. We also had the unfortunate experience of renting from Molitor & Associates. We found their modis operandi to be consistent with other posts here - they WILL NOT return your damage deposit. In our case, Bob Molitor's inspection report was inaccurate, unfair, and downright offensive. Take my advice and that of others on the topic, DON'T DO IT, no matter how much you like the house, it's definitely not worth the insult and damage deposit in the end.

I rented from Molitor & Associates for 4 years from 2008-2012. There is a reason why they are not BBB accredited. They are the most unprofessional property management company I have ever dealt with in my 12 years of rental experience. I work for a fortune 100 company and travel extensively, so I tend to think I can recognize credibility, professionalism, and customer service. This company has none of those qualities. We rented from them a few years back and didn't have any problems. It took a while to get the application process moving, but we were patient and eventually we were approved. When we needed repairs done they were done quickly or were told to take the repair out of our rent. Upon moving out, we weren't charged any extra and got our full security deposit back. We took very good care of the home though and made sure it was nice and clean when we left.
Hands down the most horrible people to ever ! I would never list my house for rent with them! We had such a awful experience !
