Wonderful travel agency
I have been using Academy Travel and Tours for the last 20 years and have always had great customer service and great experiences. Nancy has helped me plan multiple Las Vegas trips, two cruises and at least 7 Disney World vacations for my family. Academy Travel has never let me down and I will continue to use them. Don't be lured into those on- line travel agencies that have poor customer service, long wait times on the phones, and the possibility of talking to an agent that barely speaks English.
I do not recommend this place. Treated poorly and disrespectfully. The travel agent treated me as a child who do not understand English. I am 23 years old, college graduated student athlete, and me and my sister were looking to take a trip to Dominican Republic for her college spring break. We have been to the Dominican a handful of times, so I understand the prices and how this process should work.
