I lived here for 4 years, I never really had any problems with anyone. Maintenance was done on a timely manner, office workers are very polite and friendly. Melanie is very helpful, she helped with filling out the proper documents, and is very good at keeping in contact with residents when they bring up concerns. I feel very at home when I walk into the office and am greeted every time. I think the pictures speak for themselves. No one cares anymore. I don’t feel SAFE living here. The landlord has disrespected my concerns. 🤮
We lived there for 2 years we had two water leaks from The neighbor next door sticking stuff they had to open up another apartment for us and my two kids to even shower candy and Crystal is a sweetheart Melanie on the other hand is rude disrespectful the maintenance do their best to get things fixed are Floor was coming up from the water damage and there was people next door that smoked marijuana that came through our event the basketball court always had ants which my daughter is allergic to so she cannot play basketball th... read more
