Went in to purchase some thermal shirts I saw on sale online. I asked an associate for help finding the right ones, and she paged an apparel associate who never showed up. After waiting with no assistance, I decided to leave. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to that Academy due to the poor customer service.
You all need to check your returns i bought something and it had been tlreturned soneone switched to product with another less then now I have to wait until Friday to return it because of the holiday and I really needed it
Today we went shopping at academy’s and brought some winter clothes and a gun. The guy at the gun department his name is Cody. He had excellent customer service and was very helpful. The store had some great sales and is very clean. One thing I love about going shopping is the service and a clean environment. Great store and loads of sports gear to choose from. Enjoyed it a lot.
