Wow. I am speechless after spending 20 minutes in your store. My family and I are going out of town this weekend and I need comfortable clothes for a lot of walking. After not finding what I need @ Cherrydale I decided to visit Academy in Easley. From the moment I walked in it was VERY obvious I was being profiled. RecommendedMy First visit to the Easley store. Do most of my shopping in Spartanburg store. They both have good prices and great selection of what I am looking for. One of my favorite stores.

I called this store and asked did they price match and was told yes... I asked was there anything that I needed to bring was told no that they would look up the price.... hamricks has the Columbia fleece jackets on sale for $18 (doesnt have the size I need in Easley) and academy had them for $29.99 but because they cant find a hamricks add they will not match the price after I called and asked and then came to the store. VERY disappointed in the Easley store again.
From the moment we walked in the door, it was glaringly obvious my children and I were being trailed by their not-so-inconspicuous, hefty, sloppy LP employee. Keep in mind, this was not the first time I have seen this “random shopper” on every aisle I go down when shopping @ this store. Needed two items for my husband for Christmas(out of stock) asked one gentleman who had no clue how to help me. Then I found Zak-team leader- said his badge. Zack went above and beyond to look at items I wanted, order them for me, when he needed a card (I was paying cash) he went to customer service and put the exact amount I needed on a gift card and completed my transaction, all with a smile. I was in your store today to purchase a pair of Costa sunglasses for my boyfriend. After waiting for a good 20/30 minutes I finally gave up and left because NO ONE who works in your store gave me the time of day. Although one employee came behind the counter to help another customer and put keys down. Then what looked to be a manager walked up after I was leaving to do paper work. I will NEVER come to this location again. Y'all had at least 4 or 5 employees walking around doing nothing. HORRIBLE customer service.
