My husband called to see if the Easley store had a specific golf product. During the call he was placed on hold then eventually hung up on. We call back could not get an answer so we call back on a different phone and finally get an answer on rather or not the product was in stock which it was. Nice friendly staff. From what I've seen, they have enough working, you can get help when you need it. They have everything you would need for outdoors.
The Easley location could be better by just simply doing their job. If someone orders something get that item, not one close to it. Customer service polices could be brought up to the 21st century as well. Pitiful.

The staff working in the hunting/fishing area were especially impressive and professional. They were very swamped but yet they all remained patient and took time to make sure each customer was taken care of. Great customer service from all the store employees.

Awesome experience today with the crew at Easley Academy Sports. Very patient with my questions. Very welcoming. Great positive attitudes. I will go to Easley any day over other, closer stores that will remain nameless. Oh, and happy early Valentine's day to me!😊
