Probably one of the worst experiences here with customer service. Coming from a small business owner you’d think a huge corporate store like this would have their act together but unfortunately they have failed us! Get it together guys!

Their spooling machine has been down for the last three months and all I ever here is they’re going to get it fixed or replaced. Honestly I’m changing to Bass pro shop for all my fishing needs. Tired of waiting!!!!!!

Worst experience shopping I have ever had. Shoe department was a disaster. There were shoes out of boxes in the aisles. Shelves in complete disarray. Nothing was organized and there were no associates around to help. I will never go back.

I went to buy shoes for my family and it took well over 25 minutes for me to pay. They only had 2 registers open. Management seeing the lines were getting longer did nothing about it. Very poor service.
