To shut down your entire store for World Series shirt sales is very poor customer service! Customers should not have to line up outside to get in the store if they aren’t purchasing astro shirts! I saw several potential customers leave because they weren’t allowed to enter the store. Make a line for shirt sales & let the others shop for that they need.
The younger employees used to just stand around talking but the last time we were there the manager was all over their lil butts. The store needs to be picked up more often, its kinda messy but they usually have what we're looking for.
I went to return some shoes on the 8th, the money never went back on my card and now it's the 23rd and still nothing. I get the run around and run around, I asked the girl to just give me cash because it was debit and said she couldn't NOW look I'm $108 short! And still nothing!
Very upset that they won't be selling school uniforms this year . Instead you will have to go online to order . Not something I'm looking foward to doing so I will be taking my business else were .
We went and we found what we wanted..For my daughter..Good clothing but should be less prices..just saying.
