30 min wait for an employee to help me find a Fitbit and then when I asked her the diff between a Fitbit & garmin she had no clue, said sorry & walked away!
I have brag about manager Nick. I had made a purchase about three weeks ago and no longer had my receipt. One of the items I bought did not make it in my bag. This was the first chance I had to go back. Nick was understanding, took time to do research and looked up my purchase in their database. Meanwhile one employee was kind enough to offer me a chair while I waited. The young lady in customer service was also very helpful and kind. Best overall customer service I have received from any store in a very long time.
This store sucks falcon rods 149.00 asked the manager if he would price match cabellas has them for 99.99 the manager basicaly told me I was lying so I went to cabellas and got it for 99.99 they need to shut this store down and move it to lake worth and hire a new manager
