They do not stand by their word and at the service desk they all act as if you are just too much trouble to deal with. I will NOT purchase anything else from this location.
Cant park and walk in to buy a pair of boots without getting a Boot on our trucks wheel. Then had to pay $880 to get the boot off. All while we are paying customers. And the manager Chris wont do anything about it and says its not them that boots people. But it happened in there parking lot.
Recommendedcuz of fishing gear. You find anything for fishing as long as you know how to fish but they got good stuff.

I compared prices for weights and mats and they beat prices from two different places I checked out. I got what I needed and I am satisfied.
Shoe dept is terrible. Its not the selection of shoes, Its the 100% percent lack of help. As a matter of fact they actually dodge customers in the shoe dept. This isn't the first time ive had a problem there but it was the last time. Wont be back.

Service is very slow. Employees are talking to each other instead of asking if you need help. Never will go there again.
In my past dealings with this store the only problem was that it usually took someone a little while to ask if I needed assistance, yesterday I was asked almost immediately. After I found what I was looking for, I went to the gun counter and, back to the usual. After several minutes I was asked if I was interested in anything in particular. When I said I was, I was informed that I wouldn't be able to make a firearm purchase until the gun counter opened, which would be about 0930.
