I have visited your store multiple times. I've attempted to buy 2 fitbits, a pair of Wiley sunglasses, and a large gun safe. We were ignored by store staff on each occasion and took our business elsewhere. I think the employees here need serious training in customer service. The store itself has great merchandise but I imagine you're losing a lot of customers because they don't feel welcome.
Pick up a case of ammo off of there 12 gauge display only to find out its 20 gauge and all ammo sales are final, now I have a case I can't shoot!
I work at academy and also shop here occasionally as well. Very great place
Great store has a wide variety of everything and reasonable prices
