Overpriced, terrible customer service and now it appears absolutely insane and disgraceful employee policies that put the customers safety in jeopardy. Amazon it is.

You would think after spending a lot of money on a baseball bat it should last at least one whole season. My son had to get a new bat for baseball (only because of new rules) and it has already got bent. So you might be thinking he hits home runs or something but no. I had an awesome experience buying a firearm on Black Friday, they had a great system in place and very friendly staff!
Lexie was very friendly and made sure to ask if I had found everything I was looking for!!
I tried to return a pair of shoes for my husband because he hates returning stuff. He wore the shoes once and they would not stay on his feet, so I tried to return them the next day. The shoes were only 20$ and they tell me I have to go through the manufacturer if they're defective. Seriously!?! Way to go Academy. You just lost my business for 20$. I will never shop here again. And the cashier and manager were both rude.
This store has failed me twice. Bought 2 different screen tents for camping. First one broke on the second time we set it up. The second one was defective out of the bag. Both times I did not have a receipt but all I wanted to do was exchange it. They didn't have any. So my options were to take about 25% what they cost which was about a $75 loss both times. I will never ever go back.
