Apparently there’s some dress code or some kind of “look” customers have to have in order to get service at the gun area..... it takes two workers to take care of one customer and the other worker just looked at me funny and went and played with stuff on the shelves.

The two gentlemen that helped us tonight went above and beyond what they needed to do to help us get a kayak near closing time.
I ran into a problem with a bicycle I purchased there . . . the staff discovered the problem and treated me very well and corrected the situation beyond my expectations . . I appreciate the way it was handled . 5 stars as far as I am concerned . . . well , make it a 5 + . . .
I tried to buy something off of a clearance rack and was charged full price. It may have been a simple error but the way it was handled by the employees rubbed me the wrong way. They made me feel like I was trying to cheat them.
went there twice to get something and was ignored for 30 min before me and other customers walked out
They carry 10-Point and WickedRidge brand crossbows BUT don't carry the bolts to shoot out of them. That's like selling a particular firearm but not selling the ammunition required to fire the weapon. When I asked a sporting goods associate about this issue I was told "that's corporate for ya".
