So this was our first time using Academy Sealers as our neighborhood has been using the same people for a while. With the reviews we thought they would be better but we’re honestly disappointed and think they’re worse than who we all normally go with. There a few spots that are perfectly fine, smooth, and evenly colored. I highly recommend this company. I requested service during a rainy few weeks and they had to postpone several times. Their communication was excellent throughout the whole process. A few spots were washed out due to unrelenting rain and they simply came back, assessed, and fixed it very well. Next time I need any services they offer they will be my only call.

Received their flyer in my mail based on prior use from previous owner. Thought I’d give them a try. I submitted an online request for resealing our driveway based on the advertised price and Ed B. (Manager) confirmed immediately and honored the advertised price. Very efficient process. Would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Buyer Beware! Had my driveway sealed by Academy last August and it did not hold up for one year! The seal coat they use must be diluted with water. Plus it took them 5 minutes to spread a thin coat. I called numerous times indicating my frustration. They always indicated a manager will call you nothing ever resulted.. They are cheaper than most but now I know why.. you get what you pay for! I contacted Academy sealers for my driveway in May and got it done. After a few weeks I reported that sealing wasn't done properly in some areas. Rep suggested me do it another round next year. That means I have to pay again. Rep did not bother to listen what's the problem and how he can help the customers. I think customer voice is not considered at all. After 1-2 months, I found that chips are coming and don't see a value of sealing. I think I did not expect this kind of job from them. Competitor almost charging $80-90 les... read more
