Jack was a great partner in selling my mom’s house in Heritage Harbor. He was especially helpful after the house was under contract with all the details and arrangements necessary to complete the process. I find him to be collaborative, responsive, and a problem solver. Friendly, helpful, plus the mortgage company they suggested was able to make a quick settlement that sealed the deal and got us the house even though others were bidding on it.
As a first-time home buyer, we had done some research beforehand, but was really grateful for Academy Realty! The process went so smoothly and the team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were very knowledgeable about the process and were a great resource. They offered their opinions when we asked and helped us consider things we hadn’t thought of.
