This office owns an apartment complex nearby. They refuse to take care of the place and refuse to fix anything. If you ask them to fix something they fight with you, pretend to fix it and then try to jack your rent up. If you move in they refuse to paint the apartments or clean them over again. It's gross. It's next to a grade school with screaming kids and is filled with trashy people. Be warned!
Can't say enough kind words about Jim and Debbie! Great people, if I was still living in the area I'd use them for all of my real estate or storage needs. Highly recommend Academy if you want to live in Houston!
