Hands down the worst rental company I have ever used. Their staff is despicable and the big man in charge Gary Lee is a mere slum lord to say the least. Not only do these people lack integrity but they show no interest or effort in improving their business. You would think after 6+ years of negative customer feedback that someone would do some self evaluation and improve, however that just isn’t the case here. One star due to the fact that the property is just what we wanted otherwise it would've been lower. Very explicit and demanding application process, which leads one to believe that attention to detail is the norm. Not so as there was so much ineptness on their part that it became comical.
