Hands down the worst rental company I have ever used. Their staff is despicable and the big man in charge Gary Lee is a mere slum lord to say the least. Not only do these people lack integrity but they show no interest or effort in improving their business. You would think after 6+ years of negative customer feedback that someone would do some self evaluation and improve, however that just isn’t the case here. The company itself 'seems' to be fine, but the rental agent Gary Lee who works for them is a lying bastard and a coward. He lied about meeting me and my family, saying that he met with us at a property and "upon arrival we smelled like weed so he knew that we would be smoking in the rental." We had never met with Gary or anyone from the property management company for that matter. This company is the worst property management I know. Every time I request a repair, I have to threaten to have it done and take the cost from my rent before they respond. The final straw was on Saturday, June 16th a tree fell on my house at 6:00AM, I called the emergency number and he responded at 8:30AM and said nothing could be done until Monday when he reach the Landlord.
