Sebastian Kenneth Dpm I had a really bad time of this office from beginning to end. The staff was horrible. I had foot surgery,and no one!, Returned my call's. Dr. Flatley was horrible. He performed my surgery and when in the office prior to my surgery, he in inferred that he was totally capable of doing my surgery however, after constant pain and an inability to walk I found out that he was Not Even Board Certified!!!
