People pile items too large in front of it and it takes forever for it to be cleaned up. People are also lazy and don’t want to take their trash all the way up the ramp and place it in the compactor so trash gets left wherever. The apartment takes their time cleaning this up. Amazing Apartment Experience I’ve had a great experience living at Academy Park Apartments!! The pool is amazing and always well kept and the staff has been incredibly kind and helpful from day one. We had a maintenance issue over the summer, and the maintenance crew was extremely attentive and professional. Our apartment is updated and has been a huge upgrade from my previous place. Overall, it’s been a wonderful living experience, and I would highly recommend Academy Park Apartments to anyone looking for a great community.

5 stars all around! This has been such a great place to live. We have been very impressed not only the apartment, but the staff and maintenance team as well! We have been here a couple years and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon. If you’re looking for a great apartment, good price, and honest people you have found it!

Excellent Management Team I'm so happy with my new apartment at Academy Park. The management is responsive, the grounds are well-maintained and the floor plans are spacious. If you are looking for great value. This is the place.

Thank you so much! You've made our day with your review about our responsive management team, beautiful grounds, and spacious homes here at Academy Park!
going downhill the main leasing agent is making it go downhill . families and good residents are moving away as the grounds rink of marijuana and random tenants move in and out of empty apartments. TERRIBLE management, do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!
Business response:
We aim to provide positive experiences and a community that residents can be proud to be a part of. Thank you, and we look forward to working together to improve your experience.
Amazing Staff, great location, affordable pricing! If you haven't visited this property yet, you are missing out! They have one of the best teams in the area and they actually care about their residents! Maintenance is amazing and helpful. I would highly recommend preleasing if you are interested because these apartments rent quickly.

Love the layout of apartments and very big. So convenient to have laundry room right off kitchen. Ample amount of storage. My apartment is brand new and I love it. New units available. Swimming pool by office. The property manager and maintenance man are extremely friendly! Just a very nice and safe place to live, even my dog loves it here. Nice place to walk ... read more
