I’m sure the doctors here are great but unfortunately the 3 receptionists are extremely rude. Speaking loudly about what type of insurance I have, giggling having side conversations about it is very distasteful. They need to either do better or be replaced. It takes 2 seconds to be kind and they decided to be rude and disrespectful.
First let me say, the Dr.s are great. This is about customer service. I have been a patient there for over 20 years. Dr Seidman has completed multiple surgeries and injections over that period of time. Today my wife went in for post op from a knee surgery in late November. On the day of that surgery we asked them how much do we need to pay today? Fully prepared to pay whatever the amount but was told nothing due.
