Ashley is the best. She obviously knows her stuff and has great customer service. The shop has a welcoming vibe and a good selection of frames. She did glasses for our whole family and we were all pleased with how the glasses turned out. I was dealing with a heavier prescription than before, and she patiently answered all my questions. She even arranged a rush order for frames in a different color than what was in stock—just in time for a trip abroad. If you are looking for personalized attention, this is the one for you.

White glove service. Ashley was extreme helpful in picking out the right frames, navigating insurance, and communicating when everything was set. She took the time to explain the “what’s and why’s” behind my options and I left w the right glasses and better educated. Highly, highly recommend!
