Decent experience overall! However, as a mom who hasn't had a newborn in almost 10 years, I’m essentially learning everything for the first time again. It would be helpful if the front desk staff were a little more patient with questions regarding terminology or how the office functions. A more welcoming approach at the start of the visit would make a big difference.

Made the apt bc my mfm isn't delivering babies anymore so he would be my delivery doctor. I get there, mind you its spring break,and I drove a hour. I had my well behaved 4 year old going on 16. The receptionist was so rude, no one told me no children allowed when I made the appointment. She said you cant have your child here, so you have 2 options reschedule and dont bring your child or find another doctor. Needless to say I won't be coming back.

For the love of god, hire more people. Why even have a schedule when the average wait time is 2+ hours.

I genuinely appreciate how friendly and attentive the staff is. The only downside is the wait time — I’ve waited over 2 hours past my scheduled appointment more than once. I hope the scheduling process can be improved because the care itself is great.

I can only speak from my own experience, but I’ve been coming to this office since I first confirmed my pregnancy, and now at six months along, I can honestly say I’ve been treated very well. The staff is attentive, patient, and always takes the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. I haven’t had a negative experience yet. Dr. Hobbs, I’m truly looking forward to delivering with you in a couple of months. Thank you to everyone at this office for consistently making me feel welcomed and cared for.
