Dr Hobbs and Mrs Karen are a DYNAMIC duo . I dropped off gifts the other day because it wasn’t for them my 3 year old wouldn’t be here . My journey to motherhood has been tough and because of the amazing care of this staff and these two I have a sweet 5&3 year old . Mrs Karen showed me so much love and kindness and consistency and Dr Hobbs just treats me like a granddaughter . Sure you’re gonna wait a little extra but it was ALWAYS worth it . I don’t care for how they do business. Had an appointment, I was told he was accepting new patients. When I called about my appt. I was told Dr. Hobbs would not see me because of my previous OBGYN unless I was pregnant. Doesn’t make sense to me at all. Especially since I’m trying to change my OBGYN.
This review is specifically for Mackenzie the Nurse Midwife in this office. I’ve met her a few times in person and she was pleasant. Most recently I’ve had to have phone conversations with her regarding my fiancé semen analysis. She firstly very cold. No type of encouragement or solutions. I had to ask for a referral to a specialist because she wasn’t even going to offer that. She’s been rude and dismissive. They keep patients they have no business treating. Sending in medications patients shouldn’t even be taking and have no sense whether or not to send the patient to a specialist. Had it not been for this “clinic” I probably wouldn’t need several surgeries . Probably will be reaching out to a lawyer to find out my options
