This review is specifically for Mackenzie the Nurse Midwife in this office. I’ve met her a few times in person and she was pleasant. Most recently I’ve had to have phone conversations with her regarding my fiancé semen analysis. She firstly very cold. No type of encouragement or solutions. I had to ask for a referral to a specialist because she wasn’t even going to offer that. She’s been rude and dismissive. They keep patients they have no business treating. Sending in medications patients shouldn’t even be taking and have no sense whether or not to send the patient to a specialist. Had it not been for this “clinic” I probably wouldn’t need several surgeries . Probably will be reaching out to a lawyer to find out my options
Absolutely love this clinic but I will only give 3 stars. Just can not understand the attitude that the checkout lady has. I couldn’t find a babysitter so I had no choice but to bring my INFANT with me. This woman had the audacity to roll her eyes at me and have a tone in her voice. None of the other staff had a problem because like they said, they understood. If someone can not be understanding in a situation that a new mother can not control she needs to have another position that’s NOT checking out patients.
Staff if pleasant and welcoming and makes your appointments smooth.
