I've been taking JCF for at least 5 years and it has become my standard of a great workout. As a new mom, this is the one stop shop for me to get it all done! I now teach JCF on Saturday mornings and love to give people more than what they bargained for!
Really fun place to train; the coaches are top notch and the people are fantastic. What makes this place shine is the culture; you are encouraged and motivated to work hard, and push yourself to your limits. The classes are large enough you get to meet a diverse set of people but small enough that the coaches can focus on details and teach you proper fundamentals.
