Definitely not a good customer experience. No flexibility and didn’t provide a welcoming and understanding first client approach. I planned with a friend to take the Saturday fundamentals class and arrived 15 minutes late since I didn’t find a place to dock a city bike. The front desk mentioned they started the class earlier, everyone was just doing stretches and they didn’t let me in just because. I had an absolutely amazing time trying out gymnastics today at Academy of Lions. From the moment I walked in, the energy was welcoming and motivating. The coach was incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and made sure everyone regardless of experience felt encouraged and safe. The facility is clean, well equipped, and has such a great vibe. Best gym in Toronto.
Amazing gym for all sorts of crossfit. For me, I love it for Olympic Weighlifting! It’s difficult to find an OLY gym in downtown but this one checks off all the boxes. The coaches are awesome, Justin is the best of the best!
