They charged me for progressive lenses that I didn’t receive (ended up having to change to single vision lenses because the multiple attempts at progressives were blurry and resulted in double-vision). They refused to refund the $75 fee they charged me for progressives. Not to mention there was a 2 month wait for an appointment (2/1/23) and it took over 3 months to get the glasses back (5/2/23) with just single vision lenses in them!
