Worst customer service. I do not recommend
I have no idea if the doctor is a good doctor because I never even got an appointment. I called a total of 5 times within 2 weeks. I was always told someone would call me back and nobody ever did. I submitted all the information they required and still no call back. I asked to speak to a supervisor three times and the operator refused to transfer my call. I left a total of 3 messages with the supervisor and she never called back either. It's truly a shame because there aren't many endocronologist in El Paso who will see my d... read more

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Marranzini for about 10 years. Yes the waiting time is long but he’s an amazing doctor.
