The office is horrible and the office manager Rose is a joke. I've only had 1 visit before today and it was a pain trying to even get that appoinment scheduled. The staff has no urgency for amything or anyone but only to recoeve any payment. I have been in and out of drs offices my whole life and in that time this is one of the worst in el paso. I only saw Dr Rovner once and he seemed fine but the headaches this office causes is horrible. I would highly recommened staying away from this office.

I have no idea if the doctor is a good doctor because I never even got an appointment. I called a total of 5 times within 2 weeks. I was always told someone would call me back and nobody ever did. I submitted all the information they required and still no call back. I asked to speak to a supervisor three times and the operator refused to transfer my call. I left a total of 3 messages with the supervisor and she never called back either. It's truly a shame because there aren't many endocronologist in El Paso who will see my d... read more
