Oh my gosh. It is soooo bad that I do not believe anything can make it better. My experience was the worse I had in my life. First of all, it took 1 1/2 hrs to get the color on my short hair, then when she tried to wash my hair she had me soaked, my entire back was wet........she asked me if i wanted my hair shampooed (I laughed) and i had to say yes of course. This is a school that performs services with instructor supervision. Yes the students perform there to learn the techniques. I am a student there and very proud to say I'm going to this school. The teachers and students work together as a team. So, if you can come in and help the students learn.
