More than terrible! Richard contacted me regarding my interest in future buying, he acted like things were surfer dude ok until he was finished with getting my info. He told me he'd call me after about 20 min, instead I got an email stating he went home. Then never heard from him again. I'd advise going elsewhere, where people do their jobs and actually communicate with you.
