RecommendedAfter getting totally frustrated with the terrible service from the big bank", I came to Trevor @ Academy with a tight timeline line to close on my daughter 's new house. Kim Petrie was amazing! She made the loan process so easy. She was very clear on what we needed to provide and kept us informed throughout the process. She is super friendly and really cares about the client. She worked with our real estate agent and the title company and made the processes very painless. We actually got approved by a different lender before going to Academy Mortgage, but Kim was so awesome we decided to go with her rather than another lender.
