I am very, very pleased with the work Jim and his team did to get my mortgage done. I have rated 5/5 and 10/10 to reflect this. There were a few very minor issues with the process that seemed to be more related to everyone getting used to the new process and forms, etc. implemented by the feds this year and I just can't hold that against anyone who worked with me.
