As a Real Estate professional I work with an array of lenders. Rick Ervin and his staff at Academy Mortgage performed exceptionally during a recent transaction. Irregular circumstances were encountered during the process but Rick was able to remedy all of the issues. Probably most impressive is the fact that from the signing of the purchase agreement to closing, duration of time was 26 days!!! Well done sir, I'm looking forward to our next deal.
