We had a loan thru Jake and team when they they called us to inform us that there were wee savings on our payment if we would refinance, which we did. When looking for another loan it was a no brainer to give Jake a call. Once again fantastic service. My husband and I were recommended Academy Mortgage by a friend. From the beginning, Eric Mott was extremely helpful answering all our questions and concerns. Both Eric, and Blanca Gonzalez (loan processor) answered our emails immediately and made themselves very available by phone. We worked on tight deadlines with a 2.5 week overseas travel, but Eric and Blanca made it all happen without much stress. I love working with Eric Mott and his team. They are always on top of the details and keep the buyers and me fully informed of how the loan is progressing. Communication is essential to mitigating stress for the client and all parties involved.
Eric, Blanca and the rest of the crew were awesome. They worked through a couple of hurdles for us. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend them 100%.
