Vincent Riley has gone above and beyond to help me. My needs are specific but rather than turning me away, he took the extra time to find the answers and give the information most beneficial for me... Even if that meant not going through him as a lender. Had my needs not been so specific, I would most certainly have choosen Vince to assist me in my home buying experience. When it comes to caring for his clients, Vince is #1. I would recommend him to anyone.

It took almost 6 months to close our house with them. They had a lot of excuses, changing laws, etc. LOL, Isn't that what you do ? keep up with the currents ? I had an awful experience here with a loan admin and I asked the office manager to take a look, wow - was I wrong, his staff was perfect and I was the issue ? who's paying ? hmmmm anyway we finally got it done, so I thought,a few weeks ago, 9 months after close, we got a call about a lot of other documentation to re-sign because they had messed up, the lady that showed... read more

I tried using Sterling to refinance a couple properties. While I was working with him, it was very difficult to get ahold of him. He wouldn't answer the phone even though the secretary told me he was in. He told me he was working on finding the lender, but I haven't heard from him in months. I've tried following up with him multiple times, but haven't heard anything back.
