Megan Connolly was awful to work with. Everything she asked for we had to her in minutes if not hours but ALWAYS same day. There were times Kristina would then request this SAME information from me 1-2 weeks later. When I explained to Kristina I already gave it to Megan I'd find out that she never put it in our file. What I was told would take less than a month took 90 days then we gave up and had to pull out of the refi. So frustrating that you’d allow a person like Megan Connolly on your team. PROMISES given to clients in writing and then she can’t fulfill them. She screwing up lives of people that counted on her to make due with those promises. Instead she ignores the calls, texts and files all together for days and sometimes weeks on end. She’s unorganized and unprofessional.
